Upon entry of their office building, I was blown away by the quality of construction and attention to detail they put into designing their building. Their office staff and team members were very professional and friendly. Aubuchon Homes is a highly respected, and well known luxury builder here in SWFL. When our dock and seawall clients inquire about reputable builders in this area, Aubuchon Homes is always on our list of recommendations.

We consider ourselves so blessed to have chosen Aubuchon Homes to build our winter home in the Cape. From the design process to the closing and beyond our experience was nothing short of wonderful. John Milaski spent a day with us, driving around to various jobs-in-progress and pointing out the different options of each house we looked at to give us ideas for our design. Bill and Derek worked tirelessly with us during the architectural design process ensuring we would be delighted with our new home. Aubuchon builds a quality home. Our experience and communication with the staff, Jessica Gabric (design), Jesse Jordan (building Super), Mike McKiddie (architectural design) and others was extraordinary. We can’t leave out John and Johnny Jordan with their follow ups after we moved in. A great father and son team. We suffered many delays in the build due to burrowing owls, Covid supply chain, and Hurricane Ian but it was well worth the wait. The quality of the home is second to none. If you are looking for a Custom builder look no further. First Class all the way. Thank you, Aubuchon.
