I recently moved from another state and had a few questions. I didn't feel that they were very helpful and got the impression they had plenty of business and did seem worried about getting mine. Difficult getting ahold of them.

I've been calling around town to set up an appointment with an accountant to help me with some situations with real estate taxes as well as moving abroad and how to handle taxes in that situation and Mark with Affordable Tax Professionals called me back and I'm glad he did! Mark was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions over the phone. Everyone else I called wanted to sit down with me and charge me a consultation fee ( which was what I expected) for the same information that Mark was able to give me over the phone, gratis. If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable accountant, look no further. This is how you earn and keep people's business!
