Very prompt and detailed. After explaining that my friend was locked out of the house and she was sick. It was over 95 degrees that day. The gentleman that answered the phone said he would come right away. However, my friend’s daughter arrived so I had to call him on his cellphone and cancel. He was nice about it. I really appreciated his patience. I definitely would call him if I needed to do so in the future.
