Very prompt and detailed. After explaining that my friend was locked out of the house and she was sick. It was over 95 degrees that day. The gentleman that answered the phone said he would come right away. However, my friend’s daughter arrived so I had to call him on his cellphone and cancel. He was nice about it. I really appreciated his patience. I definitely would call him if I needed to do so in the future.

Called Ray from Pine Forest Locksmith to ask if he could do modern car keys with chips in. He immediately won me over; it's hard to explain, but if you need a locksmith, call him up and you'll understand. Ray is an absolute treasure.
