“We are new to Ormond Beach, and our neighbor recommended Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown and her staff were very kind. She is very knowledgeable. We were seen quickly, and the dogs were treated for allergies with a shot. The whole experience was very positive. It has been a week since our visit, and the dog's skin issues and one of the dogs that had an ear infection has subsided. We continue to visit Dr. Brown's office.“

“Just got a rescue puppy. This office was great. Dr Brown and her staff answered all my questions. My little chihuahua had to have his booster shots, nails clipped and he never made a sound. The doctor and her assistant were very gentle and loving . The second time he went back for his last shot he didn't hesitate to go into the office! So cute. The prices were very reasonable, and I thought cheaper than some places I called. I will never take Papi anywhere else!“

“10+ experience with our 2 furbabes! The care they receive in them being in the advanced age group is definitely the upmost care you could ask for & a welcome relief as us being their caregivers! When moving from TX 3yrs ago we were concerned to find a new Veterinarian in FL. Upon our first appt. we knew we hit the "Jackpot!" From the signing process to end of appt. is awesome! The most fun part is the play time & the staff greeting our babes! They all greet them with loving hands & caring kisses! I did not mentioned our babes were always hard patients in going to Vet's...now they absolutely love going to Safe Haven because they know the Staff will welcome them with loving hands!!! I would refer anyone to go there & can not say enough good words about Safe Haven & the care we receive going there. It's truly is a Safe Haven for them & for us being their caregivers! “Dr. Nick and his team are the most caring and attentive group I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have brought my 2 dogs and cat here for the past 3 years and I have had an incredible experience every time. Dr. Nick loves and cares for my fur babies like they are his own! He is knowledgeable, honest, and always gives us great advice on how to care for our pets. This past week we had an emergency with our chihuahua mix and Dr. Nick and his team were incredibly quick in their response time to my emergency, they had my pup in within 20 minutes of my phone call and as soon as I showed up they took him straight back and began working on him. They took care of him and SAVED HIS LIFE. I don't think my baby would still be here without them. Even though they were closing later the same day I brought my pup in (they took care of him for 7 hours!!), they got me set up with a 24 hour vet in Ormond and continued to check in on us to make sure he was okay. I will never go to another vet office as long as Southern Wind is here! I highly recommend this practice if you want your pets to be treated like family.“
