In the past I wrote a review of these folks which ended with, "If you find one of their trucks in your driveway, call the cops." Unfortunately, I am still finding screw-ups from Total Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning. Most recently my new A/C company found out that the Total Air technician had installed the UV light too close to the air filter in the air handler and it destroyed the filter. Secondly, it was pointed out that The Germicidal UV System Box had been installed inside the air handler when it should have been installed outside. Never have I paid so much money over so many months for such atrocious service. I don't know how this company is able to to survive.
