I have a lawn tractor that needed all four tires to be installed, but I needed a service that could come to my residence to do it. I called K&M-the owner advised me that they only do repairs at their shop only. However, the owner quickly told me that they could recommend a very reliable mobile service to meet my needs. Further, she advised me that if that operator could not do it at this time to call her back to help find another. That kind of positive helpful attitude is extremely rare indeed. Our experience was one fraught with many difficulties in getting the manufacturer to make good on a defective dual fuel Westinghouse generator which KM was designated as the warranty service repair technician. It was like pulling teeth for many months. Karrie was our total hero because she persisted in getting them to do the right thing as they FINALLY sent a replacement generator that actually worked after months of bad parts and replacements! We thank her so much for not giving up! We haven’t used it yet but we will always think of her perseverance when we do! KM Mower is highly recommended!

I used this company before and had a edger fixed with good results. I kind of volunteered to cut the grass at my church so I was given a key to the garage and what I found was a Bush Hogg that was in poor shape. So I gave it a good going over and called K&M Mower Repair and the lady there couldn't have been more friendly and hooked me up with everything I needed. It was a plesent experience.
