We prefer to use local contractors for our needs, so we stopped in to Floors Alive. We were greeted by a very friendly, helpful employee, who explained the types of carpets and padding, and what he thought we should consider for our circumstances. Within an hour, we had made our selection, ( with his help we are now carpet savvy ). As we were told, the next day we received a call from Stacy to set up an appointment for the measurements. He was very friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to speak with, but also very professional. The installation was far less stressful than I had imagined, with professional young men doing furniture moving and installing, as well as keeping the work areas clean!! Our experience was wonderful! We highly recommend Floors Alive.
