We had 3 trees down and several large branches stuck in the trees not to mention our property littered with smaller branches on the entire 3 acres. Job was done timely and effectively. “We stopped in at the showroom and expected to see some kind of display. We didn't but that wasn't a problem because we knew what we wanted. The sales person was very helpful. He set up an appointment, was on time, gave us a very good price for the fence we wanted and set up a time for the work to begin. Everything went very smoothly. We had to delay the work and it was no problem.. The workers came on the day expected, did a great job, answered all our questions and set us up for new estimate for more fencing. however then there was a slight problem because I made the check out wrong and it was a holiday weekend. So my only complaint was trying to get in touch with someone from the company. They just do not answer the phone and I considered my problem an emergency. I left messages; had to cancel the check I gave them and really felt bad about the whole thing. Am still waiting for a call but even so I would have them come back and do more work. We were appreciative of the attention we got from the workmen and how patient they were in answering all of our questions. Wish I could remember their names and I hope the owners improve their web site and phone service.“
