I started coming to Ulta a few months ago and Amber has been doing my touch up and new color formulation. My hair has never looked and felt so healthy. The color is perfect & Amber took her time to find the perfect formula that I'm in love with for my hair. I used to travel to Orlando to an Aveda salon until I found Amber. I went into Ulta tonight and needed help finding a concealer in the correct color. I am in my 40's and haven't done my make-up in over 2 years. I am getting back into it and needed MAJOR help. Billie did my eyebrows, I got them tinted and waxed. She was so sweet and did the most amazing job. I haven’t even had them done for 3 hours and have already received so many compliments! BOOK HER! ❤️
