They came out at least three times to make sure the measurements were right and to make sure we understood what we were getting. We waited about three months--not really too long. They called to let us know the day before the work was scheduled and I had a conflict but we worked that out. To our surprise the workers came on time-a few minutes early in fact. Austin and Dave got right to work, Everything was well organized. They sure did know what they were doing. I was full of questions and they were very patient. At one point we had to leave them so I could fulfill an obligation I had. Not a problem. When we came back work was progressing normally. They had to come back a second day, showed up early again.
