Jennifer was great.. she helped my family greatly with her knowledge. She was very professional and reasonable. I would 100% recommend her to others.

We hired Jennifer to assist our child through a rough patch. When we signed up we were made aware of what was a very strict no show policy; if you miss an appointment without 24hr notice she charges the $60 fee anyway. We were desperate to get immediate help for our child and signed. Having said that, my husband and I work full time jobs and on 1 occasion I was stuck in Lakeland I’m traffic; called her receptionist and let her know there was no way I was going to get there...fee assessed.
