On 9/20/24, Laurence came to my home to inspect my termite bait traps. He was the nicest man ever. He replaced my broken one and added others as well. He answered all of my questions about this system which I appreciated
Last week Chris came to do my lawn service. He is always patient with me and listened to my concerns and addressed them. Again another wonderful professional.
Lastly. there is Ruth in the office who I am sure has her hands full too. She is equally as nice.

We have been with Massey services in Brooksville Florida for a number of years. Today we had the pleasure of having Markus from the Brooksville office service our home for pest control. He called this morning, notifying us that we were on schedule today and showed up about 4 PM give or take and he walked around our home and treated it better than any other employee you have ever sent to my home. My compliments go to Markus for a job Well done. I wanted you to be aware of his professional work that he provides you are a very lucky company to have him in your employee. Keep him and don’t ever let him go. He is the best I have ever had.
