Brett and Randy were honest with me about the issues, gave me quote, and proceeded to fix the issues. They also didn't pressure me to use them and encouraged me to get a second quote if I felt inclined to do so. Due to the nature of the issues, and their incredible customer service skills, I went ahead and had them fix the issues and they got everything done quickly. They will be my go-to plumber from here on out, both for my business, and my home.

Randy was the plumber that H2O sent out. We were very pleased with him. He was polite, very helpful with any questions we had, did great work, and cleaned up areas he had worked in. We called that our water heater stopped making hot water. within the hour, we needed a new water heater which was not a surprise since ours were 19 years old. They installed the new water heater within a few hours and the price was fair.
