I go to GLO Therapeutic Spa to see Katie for a great massage and cranial sacral work, which is her specialty. For weeks after a massage I feel limber and free.

I’ve never had a professional massage before and was gifted one (a prenatal one) by my boyfriend. I was a little nervous because it was my first time but Chara made me feel so comfortable. She asked questions about what I was comfortable with and explained what to expect. This being a prenatal massage I laid on each side for the massage. She made sure I was comfortable on the massage bed (I was ready to fall asleep before she even started if that says anything). Needless to say I’ll be booking another one before baby girl arrives. 10/10 experience. If you’re on the fence… do it!!
