They thoroughly explain the services and pricing/scheduling. The office is informative and patient (you actually speak to a person). The technicians provide you with a number to contact them directly if you have any questions or concerns. They advise you the night before and as they are on their way to your property. 10/10 and would highly recommend!

Tim has been great. We have been dealing with him for a solid year and he is always very friendly, he does an amazing job and always stops to chat with my mother and I before he goes and finishes up. Satisfied with the services you all provide and just wanted to come on here and let everyone know that.

My tech Sean Seaman calls to schedule, very professional, and I don’t have any pest issues. Much better than the previous company I used and I’m saving money. I highly recommend Hughes.
