The Tech Christopher that came and checked on my unit was REALLY good. Very nice, very respectful. He made sure EVERYTHING WORKED and we were happy before he left. He has a very satisfied new customer. I HIGHLY recommend Comfort Control Specialists. They tell you exactly who is coming and are on time.
Sean from Comfort Control, scheduled a service appointment the same afternoon we called him. He took care of our heating issues within a half hour and even changed our filters. Our heating system is working like a new unit now. Will definitely recommend this company and Sean for any heating/cooling needs.
My a/c went out at 9am and called Comfort Control they had someone out around noon. He was knowledgeable and quick at diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed. Very impressed with my first dealings with them. Only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that they merged with my original company Prestige air conditioner specialists and with the merger I received a letter stating that I would get an $85 credit using them the first time which I did not receive. Also they seemed quite expensive for cleaning out the drain pipe but most things are really expensive these days. Now I wonder if my warranty is any good.
