Comfort Control Specialist's are the BEST, we have used them every time since at least 2006 when we have had an issue and they are always friendly, responsive and honest. Our air handler quit on us one day before we were to leave for vacation out of country and before Thanksgiving. It was a Friday, we called around 2:00 and they had Gerald at our house by 3:30 who correctly diagnosed the blower motor was shot. We hired them to replace the entire system as it was older (our choice) and we couldn't be more happy with the service. I would recommend this company. My wife has done business with them for her work and volunteer organization and now we're using them for our home. Very good communication/customer relationship management software through texts/website. Fair prices for service. We've had Gerald Thompson as our tech two times so far and he's really good to work with. He's very personable. He's knowledgeable and can fix any issues you have with your system. He helps educate customers every step of the way and gave me a lot of helpful information.

Two techs arrived on time as scheduled. Were very courteous & went right to work. Shared with us photos of the issue they had to address. AC working much better as they explained it would.
