My husband and I went with Maddox construction right after we purchased our property. Josh came highly recommended so we felt confident in choosing him. We met with Josh to initially begin designing our dream home. At that meeting, he seemed knowledgeable in the construction business. After that meeting, we discovered that while knowledgeable he is horrible about communication. We would email him a question or update to the house plan and it would take at least two weeks to get a response. My husband would call and get his voicemail every time. Maddox construction installed our porch floor a year ago & just installed flooring in 4 rooms in our home. High quality product and a reasonable price. We checked prices in lake city before ordering from Mr Maddox. The installers did a fantastic job, very professional and very polite. They worked the installation around our schedule, cleaned up afterwards, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Nick & Joe should be commended for a job well done! Thank you Maddox Construction.
