I purchased land recently on which Gaylord had just installed a new well. My well is almost completely silent, and I can hear it when my neighbor’s old wells click on.I had a question about the well when I got home Sunday evening, and called at night and left a message. Before start of business Monday morning, I received a call from Mr. Gaylord and my question had a very simple answer. Our 19 year old water tank had pin leak, call them, Lynn was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The same day that we call, they were able to get us a replacement for far less cost, than what other businesses in the area were charging. We were back up and running, in a matter of couple hours. I would definitely recommend them and also use their services again in the future

Mr. Gaylord was a pleasure to do business with. I called the office after hours at 5:30 and to my surprise they were available immediately to come work on the pump. He had us back up with water less than 2 hours after I called. I recommend Gaylord Pump & well drilling.
