I was a little nervous going in because my usual waxer was not there and had to go to someone else, but the person that did my wax was very friendly and nice and welcoming! I learned it’s okay to go to different waxers or to have two that you like!
I’ve been going here since they opened the Brandon location. I’ve tried other places and hands down….. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! My Brazilian takes minutes from start to finish and I’ve never had any issues. Thank you for providing quality training to your employees and great service! Lexi, you are amazing!
Everyone is cheerful and friendly. I make appointments with Odalys - she’s great. Puts me at ease, is concerned about my comfort and does a fantastic job. Ladies- have you tried the numbing spray???? You should. The place is always spotless as well. Highly recommend
