We selected Sabal Homes to build our Custom Home, after an extensive search of home builders. This home was to be our second custom home in the last 20 years, so we knew what we were looking for in a new home. All I can say is wow what an experience. Everyone with Sabal homes was more than helpful through the whole process. I was very pleased with the team and everyone willing to work with me. Kathy was awesome along with Brian. I absolutely love my home and the area that it is located in. I am very impressed with the space in all the rooms and I’m very satisfied with the kitchen. The house is very solid I can’t even tell when it’s raining outside. I highly recommend Sabal Homes.

Purchased a Sabal spec house in the midst of the build. We wanted to tweak a few things (close off a room, add hardwoods) - Sabal was very accommodating to making those changes. We were moving from out of state - so having the house be done on time was crucial for kids to start school - the house was done on time!Any minor issues were addressed in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to build with Sabal again.
