Physician Care Walk-In Clinic

I made a telehealth appointment for 2pm, the office called me and said the doctor won't be available until AFTER 5 pm. If I wanted an appointment for after 5 pm, that's when I would have scheduled it. I work evening/night shift.

Very unprofessional.

The doctor and staff here are very thorough and have good bedside manners, but I'm not coming back here again. I've had mixed results of not making an appointment and they shove me out the door but whenever I make an appointment they take forever. I've been here since 12:00 and I'm still waiting for the doctor to give me an exam. I get it he's very busy but I made an appointment. See me, take care of what I need to come in for, and send me out. I took a whole day of work off (which btw it's a godsend to have a job that let's me do this) to get seen.

Not coming back here again. Very disappointed

I would rather have Jason Momoa throw me by my testicles into an active volcano than return here.
More than 3 hours for an annual physical and blood drawn. Dirty, ancient appliances and fixtures. Cathode-ray tube television in waiting room, grimy faucets and cabinets. Water damaged ceiling tiles. Discolored wallpaper and carpet.
After 3 hours of not getting started, and at least 1 hour in a room with no checkup, you feel abandoned and claustrophobic.
Total time was 4 hours and 24 minutes.
