Erica Underwood is fantastic. She is professional and spends time with you. She makes sure you understand everything she tells you about your skin issues. She answers any questions you have in a way you can understand. Also staff is very friendly and helpful. Great office.
I have been a patient of PHDermatology for several years. The front office staff have always been very friendly and accommodating, and the doctors and Nurse Practitioner Erica are caring, skilful, and straightforward.
Everyone was super nice and patient. If you don’t like needles or anything like that they will be patient with you and distract you as much as they can. Inside is very clean and cute. The front desk people were very sweet and the doctor himself was very quick with my procedure while also being kind and informational. Would recommend to anyone who needs to go.
