The VA sent me to them and I am SO thankful. These dentists are PROFESSIONALS and customer service focused. Due to service connected injuries, I have have a highly complicated set of bite guards. The VA who had all previous bite guards messed them up ALL the time. Not these guys. Also the front office staff is amazing when dealing with the VA payment and authorization system. That place causes more patient injury then help. But Oakfield Dental deals with them and only involves me when I need to become Karen on the VA. Which is the only way to make the VA pay up or authorize something. Also they have fixed several crowns and I could not be happier. SO WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID> I love Oakfield Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone.😁
I love everything about Oakfield Dental. On my first visit, Dr. Leung and Angelina both listened carefully to my concerns and Dr. Leung thoroughly explained her findings and recommendations. Today, I was introduced to Patricia, for a periodontics teeth cleaning. She worked with the skill of a dentist and demonstrated her empathy but continually monitoring my comfort level. The front counter staff are all friendly, helpful, patient, appreciative and fun. In summary, going to Oakfield Dental in Brandon is a positively amazing experience! Highly recommend!
My four yr old and I had an amazing visit today! Everyone was so nice and very comforting! ❤ We both accomplished what we went in to do and will deff. be going here from now on out. Wendy cleaned our teeth and did a great job! my daughter hates the dentist usually but here she was so happy to have her cleaning done ( she's still talking about it 😂 ) Dr. Melanie was very sweet and helpful and helped me to understand exactly what i needed to know ! Thank you Oakfield Dental for going out of your way to make us feel so welcomed !!!
