Extremely disappointed. Today we had our 4D ultrasound appointment and walked out of there not only disappointed, but angry. We were met with kindness. But after literally 30 seconds of my wife setting in the chair, our ultrasound person say "Babies not cooperating. Don't going to be able to see anything." After less than a min!!! She didn't have my wife move on her side or stand up and try to move the baby(like other ultrasound techs have done at the hospital). She just, gave up. On top of that she kept repeating that other place would have still changed us full price, but she's not like that and she just, charge us for the babies heart beat. She said if we want to come back we can, but she's not going to be there. Then went on to talk about personal reasons why she's not going to be there(like we need to hear that). Myself, my wife and our daughters have been very very excited for this day. And we left feeling disappointed and angry. Our future business will without a doubt be going somewhere else.

Took my wife here to see our baby. We found it weird that all the lights were off and were told by the lady next door that she had already left. She tried calling her and she didnt pick up. The lady from next door also mentioned to us that the ultrasound lady "tia" was only here for the money. Very disappointed. Really wanted to make this memorable.

The owner is very unprofessional and yelled at me today. I received a text that she was running 20 minutes behind, so I showed up at 11:15 for my 11am appointment. At 11:30 she came out and took a different couple back for the ultrasound. When I asked why I wasn't being taken back, she said that she was 20 minutes behind and I would need to wait for the next couple. I said that means you're running more like an hour behind then. And she got extremely defensive and started yelling at me. I tried to call later but her voicemail was full, so I sent her a text that I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to and hoped that we could have found a way to still have my appointment. She responded saying she felt attacked by me and offered no apology for yelling at me, and even said that I was the one being rude and the reason she took the other couple instead of me is because they were nicer. DO NOT go to this place if you value your time and don't want to be yelled at for asking a simple question. She should absolutely hire someone to manage her calendar for her since she clearly has a tendency to run behind based on other reviews as well.
