David is very personable and knowledgeable and was able to determine that my Kenmore washer and dryer combo has the normal squeaks and shakes for a 24 year old unit. He also saved me a 2nd appliance charge. I highly recommend for any appliance repairs!
The repair technician, Mike, was nothing less than amazing! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator, repaired the problem, and gave me a friendly education on common refrigerator repairs along the way. The cost was $225 as he said it would be and he convinced me that I no longer needed to shop for another refrigerator. One week later and the refrigerator is just like new. Thank you Mike!
We have used Mr. Appliance of Brandon and Riverview several times over the years and have always been pleased with the service we've received. This time was no different. David was our technician, I showed him the problem and thankfully it was a replaceable part. He ordered the part, and our refrigerator was fixed within a few days.
