David is very personable and knowledgeable and was able to determine that my Kenmore washer and dryer combo has the normal squeaks and shakes for a 24 year old unit. He also saved me a 2nd appliance charge. I highly recommend for any appliance repairs!
The repair technician, Mike, was nothing less than amazing! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator, repaired the problem, and gave me a friendly education on common refrigerator repairs along the way. The cost was $225 as he said it would be and he convinced me that I no longer needed to shop for another refrigerator. One week later and the refrigerator is just like new. Thank you Mike!
