My experience at Hot Box could not have been better! Brian helped me pick out exactly what I wanted and was so friendly! Teyeler did a beautiful job on my tattoo and was very patient with all my questions. Everything was clean, healing process went exactly as he said, price was very reasonable, and Brian and Teyeler were the best!

I had the pleasure of working with Kylee. I actually had a piercing done at another location and went to have the top added back on and ended up getting my dairy pierced and she was so honest and real and listen to what I liked and what I wanted and even bought some extra jewelry for my septum and I will never go to another Piercer again she is absolutely amazing. The gentleman in the store were amazing just a professional environment. Just you know everyone laughing and giggling, and just the fact that they accepted walk ins . I highly recommend Kylee for piercings. She pierced my nose and it was a great experience. I was a bit nervous but she put me at ease and made me calm and comfortable. It didn't hurt and is healing so good. I love it and so glad I did it! Thank you Kylee!! xo Julie
