They did a great job cleaning multiple couches and chairs. I appreciated that he was up front about what to expect with one chair that had a heavy fabric that is hard to clean. Would definitely recommend based on ease of use, communication, and overall value.

Honest business. Put in a service call and the technician did an evaluation of my carpet, and said that it would be best to buy another carpet in my case, and not to pay for the cleaning service. F5 was willing to decline my business in order to give me the correct info.I will definitely call them in the future if I need them again.
