After seeing four different dermatologist in the Brandon area, I found Dr. Cottam To be a breath of fresh air! Very professional, very experienced great bedside manner. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

I made an appointment and only got around to reading these reviews the day of the appointment. I went anyway. I did not encounter any of the rudeness of staff or Dr. Cottam. I found him to professional, caring and helpful. He made sure I understood everything we discussed. The only issues were parking and they do not take debit or credit cards. Only cash and check. This was only an issue because I did not know it in advance.

As a parent I had many concerns for my teen...the Dr seemed very quick to dismiss everything to acne until I pointed out what I (who is not a Dr) knew NOT TO be acne and then he agreed and provided a cream. I plan to find another dermatologist asap our second visit here we were not happy. The staff was friendly and welcoming..the doctor was another story..would not recommend. He said a lot of terminology the average person has no idea as to what he was speaking about. Very very unsatisfactory visit will be finding another dermatologist. :(
