When I called to make an appointment for a quote the lady stated "The call is free, but the quote is going to be $19.95. We do this incase you decide not to hire us to fix the dryer". I said "ok". Well, long story short, they just charged me $99.95 for having someone show up at my apartment and tell me it was the belt and pulley, and it was going to cost $400 to fix. NO THANK YOU!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Service: Washer/dryer repair
