I ordered a bouquet of flowers online and specified a date and time for pickup. Everything went perfectly and the bouquet matched my expectations. The staff were very courteous and professional. Overall it was an excellent experience. I will continue to give them my business.

Congratulations to the Beneva team, for a job well done. My daughter was happy to receive her Valentine's flowers. However i was a bit disappointed when i noticed that one of the large flowers in the boquet was a bit wilted. Quality is always important.
