I ordered a bouquet of flowers online and specified a date and time for pickup. Everything went perfectly and the bouquet matched my expectations. The staff were very courteous and professional. Overall it was an excellent experience. I will continue to give them my business.

Congratulations to the Beneva team, for a job well done. My daughter was happy to receive her Valentine's flowers. However i was a bit disappointed when i noticed that one of the large flowers in the boquet was a bit wilted. Quality is always important.

For my mother-in-law's birthday we sent her a live plants so she could enjoy them the whole time she's down there snowbirding. We chose the double Iris with the bromeliad again for her this year and she said it was even more beautiful than the one last year, if that's at all possible. Thank you so much for your wonderful delivery service as well. It made her feel very special and made us feel like it was money very well spent. You folks always seem to exceed expectations.
