The crew showed up on time and were very professional. In addition to the distribution ducts, I had them clean the "air return" which hadn't been cleaned in about 25 years. They did a nice job but there was a bit of a problem with dirt/debris going where it shouldn't. I have to say, they did a great job of following up and provided an excellent remedy to the problem.
