I was in need of an eye doctor who had competent and patient eyeglass techs. My previous eye doctor was just fine, and receptionist was great, but the two other techs were horrible. Thankfully, someone suggested this place. Dr. Wood was super nice, respectful, and didn't sugar coat things. The receptionists were really nice, respectful and helpful too. The eyeglass tech was amazing! She spoke impeccable English, never rushed me, let me ask a thousand questions and explained everything so I could understand and worked out the best deal with my insurance! I can't wait to get my new glasses and try the new contacts too. If you need patience and understanding and respect, this is the place for you!
