Buyer beware: I don't know about the in store service, perhaps it is more honest than the .com site. I recently tried to take advantage of the 30% off first time auto ship order. I have a rescue home for cats and outdoor animals and spend a great deal of money each month on food and litter. I was trying to order 5 cases of wet food for a total of 288.00 to be auto shipped every 4 weeks. The 30% did not come off the total so I phoned, the first man I spoke to said yeah we take it off after you pay. He said trust me. I tried again the next day and this time the lady took me through the whole process again and then encouraged me to submit payment for the whole amount, when I said No I need the 30$ applied, she then said there is a glitch in the system and I can't get it Scam alert

Such a cute place. We came for the self serve pet baths. After a full day of our pup playing at the beach, he definitely needed a bath. For $10 they provide towels and excellent shampoos for all kinds. The bath was quick, and we had a clean pup without the mess of cleanup. Well worth the inexpensive price!!

sold me wrong fish. wanted 2 blue scars. sold me one and one sunfower or something killed blue scars. wanted to return and get 2 blue scars. would not do. asked for receipt. who has a receipt 4 months later for fish. why would I lie about 10 dollars. it's the point they sold wrong fish. spent alot of money there. garret, bearded dragon, birds. won't shop there again. been going there since they opened, no more.
