Fantastic group at Thavma- warm, welcoming and personable. Loved the guided meditation session with Manching. Was a perfect mix of guided and self. I’m in downtown SRQ so hard to get to LWR each time but highly recommend!
I loved this yoga studio!I’ve been doing yoga for a very long time and ThaVma Yoga challenged me in every class I took. I learned many new things to focus on and I now have things to work on when I go back to Ohio.Beginners should not be afraid to come to class either, as the instructors are very good at instructing students at options that are appropriate for their own personal level!ThaVma, well done! I’ll be back!
I joined in Nov 2021 and am now almost through my second year, I currently go about 6 days a week. He is the original review I wrote that I forgot to post on Yelp... Thavma easily beat my expectations. The studio (Sarasota) was beautiful and zen. The teachers were great. The classes were challenging. I tried the two week trial and give myself a 90% chance of joining after I try out a little competition as I am new to the area. (Update: I joined and bought the 1-year all-you-can-sweat pass - love it) The best thing about the teachers was their attention to detail: they make sure to watch your alignment and constant remind us of the right adjustments to make the poses correctly... read full review
