Fantastic communication and service. I was a bit hesitant using the kiosk, I’m used to speaking to someone about my order/needs. But the communication via text immediately regarding my items made me feel better. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is I find the prices on the high end. I would recommend

I really liked their 24 hour service -Very convenient - I was able to pick up my clothes at 7 o’clock on Sunday evening. They do have someone there during the day to help, if you need it.

Kiosk cleaners, enter phone # & create your pin. What a great company to save $ on employees. The women in back are great if you have a question, press the button. Cleaning & alterations were perfect!
