Based on the one star reviews, sounds like to me that this establishment only cares about what type of insurance you have…it’s all about the bottom line. There’s no sincerity to the patients if that’s the most important issue.
Both Dr Sinclair and Dr Camp are very detailed, and take the time to work directly with you through the entire process. I was having some vision issues that no one could figure out. Dr Sinclair took the time to figure it out and educate me as to why I was having trouble. I had concerns because am diabetic. The exam process is longer, but that's because the exam is very thorough and I wanted to be sure the health of my eyes were okay. Highly recommend either doctor if you are looking for a professional eye exam.
