Nothing like a major pipe blowing at midnight and waking up to water everywhere. Al was there within an hour and got everything cleaned up and machines installed. What a relief. He's been great ever since. He's been very responsive and easy to communicate with. So glad to have had him to help navigate through this.

Jacob and Gilberto arrived promptly. Both are very professional and friendly. I had a very stressful day caused by all the unexpected damage. However, they both reassured me and told me step by step what needed to be done. Also, answered any questions i had. I so appreciate that because it definitely put me more at ease. They came in and accessed the job and got right to work. And, before I knew it the job was completed. I highly recommend them both! The Rapid Response Team is "5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!"?

Technician Al came to our condo today to assess the damage from a flood in our condo and could not be more personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable, and we appreciate his kindness and empathy to our situation. Rapid Response Has been a great company and did not waste any time coming out to help us.
