Excellent customet service fron the first phinr call yo yhe free estimate then the deep cleaning and removal of blood etc. they even managed to gey out an old stain previous cleanet could not. Great communication from initial contact to getting the carpets cleaned. Tech was very friendly and efficient. We had one spot that bled back through and they came back and cleaned it a second time. We have used Quality Counts twice now and would not hesitate to use them again.
