Ashley groomed our wired hair terrier for the 1st time today! She chatted with us first and got to know zHenry. She is wonderful and did a fab job! All the staff is so nice and very friendly.

TLDR: Never again.I have used PetSmart in the past (in Las Vegas) with no problems. My 8 1/2 year old German Shepherd went to the location out there many times and we recently moved to the area. I showed them our updated records for our dog and we were good to go. I haven't found a vet in the area yet and needed our dog's nails trimmed and that is part of one of the premium packages they offer (Approx $96 total).I dropped my dog off at 1:30pm (scheduled appointment on a Saturday). Her nails were a bit long, and wanted to make sure that was taken care of and mentioned it.
