Super nice of them... I ALWAYS put my receipt on my visor in my car so I remember to get it. My life is extremely busy, so I try to keep it as simple as possible. Well, for the very first time in about 7 years it flew out of the window one day driving! So, I totally forgot about it. I dropped it off in October and just picked it up today (February). It was still there and no fees. I guess they called only one number on file which happened to be my ex husband not me. So my only criticism is that they only allow one number on file. The dry cleaning itself is always on point and fairly priced. I’ve yet to bring an item they can’t clean, fix or save. Highly recommend.

It took me 1 order (with 2 separate pickups) to be sure that I will not be back, and therefore cannot recommend Personal Touch Dry Cleaning. Above all, both employees that I interacted with, one of whom is the manager, were not pleasant and really were snarky with me, particularly the manager. The first order included dry cleaning and a bedspread to be laundered, as well as an alteration to be sent off for a simple hem repair. I was given the same pickup date for both orders, which was 5 days away. I worked in dry cleaning at one time I found this to be appropriate.
