I went to palm shores July 25th and discharged September 25th and spent 2 months in there on the Atlantis unit, (user isn't real name) my name is Mason R anddddd it was honestly great, I met some good patients made friends etcccc. some staff are fantastic like Mr. Seth, ms. ryah, ms. Natalia, ms. Maggie, and Ms. Lynda/Lindaif you go into reach for education ms. Tatiana is lovely. Watch out for certain staff like ms. Tiffany and ms. sheri- something because ms. s liked to say to a certain patient she was doing things for attention (p.s she wasnt) anddddd ms. this place helped me in so many ways to control my anger, to using coping skills. i wanted to say thank to some staff: lexi, mello, linda, darleen, seth, steve, tea, michelle, laurel, shina, ria, jan, sophie, syra, mimi. i can’t remember any other staff because i haven’t been there since may 30 so yeah but i wanted to say thank to lexi, mello, steve, laurel, seth, linda, michelle, and my amazing hard working therapist Blake!! because they helped me in time of need, time of crisis. please give lexi, steve and mello a raise they really deserve it they go out there way to help the patients. some things i didn’t like about this place was that we don’t get to sleep...read full review
I was there for only 1 month at first I hated it I was on terra ciea it was very chaotic on that unit I got move to Atlantis it was calmer but still a lot of drama.The staff was nice certain ones were pretty strict and wouldn’t talk to the patients very nice, my favorite staff Ms.Lexi she was always fun to hang around with and making us laugh. She helped me when I was at my lowest. The food was pretty good. The cooks were really nice and Mr. Tyron was the best always in a fun goofy mood.
