Mel was excellent in helping me even through an issue with my appliance. Mel was upfront with me, and told me that he did not work in my type of appliances. Yet, he still gave me information plus a referral to someone that can help me. You do not find that type of service these days.

I have used Mel several times at two of my homes. He is truly the best! He always promptly responds, does exactly what he says he will do, and for a very reasonable price. Mel is always my first call whenever I have a problem with one of my appliances. He’s so good I’ve asked him to do other things for me, but he politely declined.
