BEWARE, IT'S A RIP OFF !! I have a little rescue dog of 15lbs who needed grooming. I called for pricing first and spoke to Katelyn who assured me it'll be $150 including first visit $78 + sedation to grooming $70. My husband went to pick him up and they asked us to pay $$300 and she pretended that she didn't know the extra charges. KATELYN is so UNPROFESSIONAL and she didn't apologize and said she didn't know even if she went asking pricing to someone when she was on the phone with me. She represented a company and didn't apologize. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I'm going to make sure that I will never come back as well as my friends!! DO NOT USE. Service is horrible, LONG wait for appointments, crazy expensive prescription prices, charging for emergency appointments when they haven't even seen my dog!! Dr. Ocean has no bedside manner.

We took our dog (3 weeks ago) to get a rabies shot and mentioned she seems to be drinking a lot of water. $540 later we are still waiting for test results. We have called twice, left messages ...no return calls. The receptionist was rude on the phone when we questioned the LWR license fee on the bill when we already renewed it with the town a month earlier. We will spend any amount of money on our loved animals ...but what a waste of money at this place . RUN I was told by a friend to go to a vet outside of LWR because they all gouge because of the zip code.
