I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize Scott Bodager for the outstanding customer service that he has provided to my family. Scott has been so helpful and thoughtful managing our property. We are so happy that we chose Gulf Coast Property Management.
Our property manager AnnMarie has been great from the start--She has been there from the beginning to consult with us about becoming a rental and all the decisions that need to be made along the way. Then as we have moved forward, we were informed about all the potential tenants and was there to answer any questions or concerns we had about the process as we had no previous experience in renting our home. It's been stress free and as long as you have AnnMarie on your side--- you will be in good hands!
We have utilized Gulf Coast property management for the last 4 years with very little requests for additional communication from our side (owners). Our tenants have been awesome and in our rental for all 4 years. We are at the end of our agreement and have had the bare minimum of guidance or assistance in closing out our lease. No details or plan communicated to us regarding: the notification of our intent to end/not renew our lease with our tenants; arranging for pickup of our keys, garage door openers; or return of our tenants security deposit to us so that we can in turn refund our tenant if there is no damage.
