Today was my second time ordering from the shop. I am in New York, and my Aunt that lives in Florida has had a hard last few months. I ordered her first arrangement and called the shop just to make sure it was more of local shop and not a basic website chain, and they did NOT disappoint! The gentleman I spoke to was kind and efficient and the flowers were delivered the same day! This time I called the day ahead and ordered her next arrangement over the phone and had the pleasure of being helped by Jennifer, she took her time and listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions and put together the most beautiful arrangements. Between the customer service and the physical arrangements I would suggest this shop to everyone!
This place is a huge disappointment and ruined an important day. We called them and placed an order and the man on the phone was very nice and helpful. He took our money and said that they could fill our order. Later that day, once the other shops were closed, Jennifer called to tell us they can't fill the order like they promised because they were "too busy". When I tried to call back to inquire as to why they weren't willing to provide the product I had already purchased she hung up on me. They clearly don't communicate with each other and shouldn't be in a service industry.
