Very welcoming atmosphere for someone who hasn't been to the eye doctor in a very long time. The staff were great and Dr Brad Laudicina was patient with my questions. He was also very helpful in explaining all that I needed to know in order to make an informed decision. 20/20 Would Recommend.

They do not inform you that they do not take your vision insurance anymore until after your yearly eye exam. They had several opportunities to advise me that they no longer took my insurance. When I spoke to the Dr about why they did not tell me before my appointments, she got very upset and nasty during the conversation. I would recommend that you ask if they still take your vision insurance before your appointment.

I have been going to the Eye Center for over 15+ years and would not going anywhere else. The Manatee Ave. location has Jackie, who has been an employee for 30 years as well as Jaimie, 24 years. That really says ALOT about the Dr.'s.Meadow, at the front desk is always polite, wanting to assist and has a smile for you when you walk in. Thank you again for another great year. Lisa Fratoni
